How do I get the booster to connect to my phone?
The booster amplifies the signal reaching your phone at the source, so your phone doesn’t need to “connect” to anything. It isn’t a WiFi router – if your phone can detect cellular signal, then it will pick up the amplified signal the booster emits.
Can I install the Booster kit myself?
Yes. The Booster kit comes with everything you need to install the booster yourself. Our proprietary Outside Antenna allows for tool-free installation, and our Inside Antenna is a whip antenna for direct connection or tool-free ceiling mount antenna.
How Many Cellular Devices Can the Booster Support at One Time?
The Signal Booster kit can support numerous devices. However, we tend to suggest a maximum of fifty.
Can the Input Signal from Your Cell Phone be Password Protected?
No, you cannot protect cellular signal with a password. Everyone who enters your home or office will receive boosted signal.
How Long Can the Cable Run be Between the Amplifier and the Antennas?
The shorter the better. If you can get away with a shorter run, do it. We never recommend cable runs of longer than 30m as signal loss problem. Should you have need of a longer run, please upgrade your cable.
How can I determine the amount of boost I’m getting?
Get the OpenSignal app if you have an iPhone, or the Network Cell Info Lite app for Android, and get reading your signal strength in standard dB (decibel) measurement. The closer to 0 your number, the stronger your signal.
What is the Return Policy?
All iSignalBooster units can be returned within 30 days. It also comes with a 3 year warranty.
